May 22, 2024 - New York - On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the inauguration of the Circle of Reflection at the UN. UNCR University opens its Doctorate in Peace Administration to doctoral students (3rd cycle) with a concrete peace project through inter-university joint supervision (see Jean Gazarian Promotion)

June 16, 2023 - Paris- the Cercle de Réflexion des nations/UNCR University conferred the title of Doctor of Peace Administration Honoris Causa on Professor Boumédiene BENYAHA for his remarkable commitment to Peace.

December 19, 2022 - Burkina Faso- Ouagadougou: the Doctorate in Peace Administration is recognized in Burkina Faso by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation

November 25, 2022- Region of Kénitra- Viet Nam: in 2007 the Cercle de Réflexion des Nations initiated and set in motion the renovation of the Porte de la Paix ("Gate of the Eternal") as a symbol of friendship and Peace between the Moroccan and Vietnamese peoples. This renovated Gate, built by the Moroccan heroes who joined the Viet Minh during the war, has just been inaugurated with joy by the representatives of the States of Morocco and Viet Nam

August 29, 20020 - Paris: The Cercle de Réflexion des Nations / UNCR University conferred the title of Doctor of Peace Administration on Mr. Paulin Sanfo of Burkina Faso for his thesis entitled "" Diagnosis of diplomatic mediation of Burkina Faso in maintaining of peace in West Africa: 1990 to 2019 ”as part of a joint supervision with MOI University (Kenya) which awarded him for this same thesis a PhD in Political Sciences and Public Administration

May 21, 2018 - Mairie de Bussy Saint Georges (France) - Inauguration of the Renaissance of the Kinh People and its projects in the presence of representatives of France and China (initiated by the President of the Cercle de Réfllexion des Nations). The Khin People with a population of 77 million constitute the majority ethnic group in Viet Nam and a recognized minority in southern China.
